Mixology
LEMON & SUGAR🍋
Ingredients:
– 2 oz Trujillo Crystal
– Lemon in cubes
– 3 spoonfuls of sugar
– Ice
Method: Crushed
– In a short glass place the lemon in cubes and add 3 tablespoons of sugar.
– Pour in lots of ice and pour in 2 oz of Trujillo Crystal..
– Mix with a spoon.
CHAPULIN'S FLOWER 🦗
Ingredients:
– 1.5 oz Trujillo Crystal
– – Worm Salt.
– 2 oz melon syrup.
– 3 carom stars.
– 4 slices of cucumber.
–Peppermint.
– 1/2 oz apple liqueur.
– 1 grasshopper (decoration).
Method: shake / crushed
– Place your carambola stars, cucumber slices, and mint in a cocktail shaker.
– Pour the melon syrup and mash.
– Pour in 1.5 oz of Trujillo Crystal, add ice and shake vigorously.
–In a glass previously frosted with chapulin salt, place ice and pour.
– Decorate with a carambola star, a grasshopper and mint.
SPICY WATERMELON 🍉
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 oz Trujillo Crystal
– Grasshopper salt to frost
– 3 oz watermelon syrup
– 1 oz lemon juice
– 1/2 oz ancho chile liqueur
METHOD: Agitated
-Place all your ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
-Add ice and shake vigorously.
-In a glass previously frosted with grasshopper salt, add ice and pour.
-Decorate with a triangle of watermelon and a slice of cucumber.
