The Young Face of an Ancient Tequila Tradition is a tequila with character obtained directly from copper stills (undiluted), resulting from the amalgamation of organic agaves matured for 8 years with the original processes in the transformation of this unique nectar, which allows to highlight complex notes of caramelized cooked agave associated with piloncillo, smoked and mineral notes provided by the Tahona, with a subtle spicy touch of black pepper and cinnamon. Spontaneous fermentation, no yeast added
Herbal and sweet notes shine through, slightly bitter character and moderate burn.

It has a robust body and silvery nuances that can be seen in the tears of the glasses. It features strong aromas of cooked agave, caramelized notes, and minerals from the traditional tahona process.
